do you know the equation of a circle? do you know the formula to find the distance between 2 points? 1/ find the distance between center A and point B. That distance is radius of the circle 2/ from radius you get from 1). replace to the circle equation to get the complete form 3/ plug the choices to that formula, which one satisfy the equation, that is the answer.
