yes because the sum of all three sides must give you 180 right?

Ok so u know that a triangle will always equal 180 degrees right? All u have 2 do here is add up two angles u have (98+55) and subtract that from 180 to get the measure of angle c. 98+55=153. 180-153=27 and then that means m<c=27 degrees :)
