OpenStudy (anonymous):

a horizontal line has equation y=constant

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so b or D

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

when y = something....it is a horizontal line....only when a slope is added does it shift....so look for just a y = .... it also cannot have an 'x' in the equation
