The equation in point-slope form of the line which passes through (-2, 3) and is parallel to 3x + 2y = 10 is .............................................. y - 3 = -3/2 (x + 2) y - 2 = -3 (x - 3) y - 3 = 3/2 (x - 2)

Parallel lines have the same slope. So your equation would be: y = 3/2x + b Just plug in the x and y. (-2,3) into the equation and then solve for b. If you need help solving it I'll do it for you.
