(In the simplest way you can) explain how to write a polynomial in descending order.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

A polynomial is a sum of terms. A term is a single number, or a number multiplied by any number of variables. The degree of a term is the sum of the exponents of all the variables of the term. To write a polynomial in descending order, you write the terms in descending order of degree.
