This one is pretty easy if you just break it into chunks, or talk it out. First, notice the general shape. Since the lines on it are perfectly diagonal and opposite each other on the y-axis, it is an Absolute Value function. It is upside down, which means it is the Negative of the Absolute value function. Finally, since the vertex lies on 2 and not zero, you add 2 to whatever you get from Negative Absolute Value.
