Well that looks like the "thalamus." That's the part of our brain that helps control our motor skills. Motor skills are voluntary movements. The way that we move and position our bodies. Our basic senses are also processed through the thalamus. I'm talking about taste, touch, sight, and hearing. (Our sense of smell is an exception.)
