LOL a vertical line :D
If it's a vertical line, then its equation is
x = whatever number the line crosses on the horizontal axis :3
terenzreignz (terenzreignz):
In this case, what number does the line cross on the x-axis?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
-3 ?
terenzreignz (terenzreignz):
That's right :)
So your equation is
x = ...what? LOL
and remember, just as horizontal lines do not involve x
vertical lines do not involve y :)

y=-3
terenzreignz (terenzreignz):
I just said... vertical lines do not involve y.. silly :)
terenzreignz (terenzreignz):
Horizontal lines are
y = <something>
But vertical lines such as this would have as their equation
x = <something>
And that something would be the number where it crosses the y (or x) axis :)
OpenStudy (anonymous):
y=-3x
terenzreignz (terenzreignz):
What part of 'vertical lines don't involve y' don't you understand? >:3
