I need a thesis about women in the military

Well, it depends on what type of a view point you would like to take on this. You could go the route of women are not treated as equals in the military, women are encouraged to keep silent about sexual abuse in the military (well somewhat until recently... great current topic), I'm not sure if pay scales are any different, but you could look into that, also, women do not get promoted as easily.

Personally, I really like the sexual abuse topic, because the panel that recently had to meet with I think it was supreme court, was all male except for one female. It's no wonder women do not have much of a voice in the military. There is a lot of evidence and current events following this right now.
