I want to calculate the WACC for India. ERP for US is 5.8%, Beta is 1, rf for US is 3.5%, rf for India is 7% and country risk premium for India is 3%. Then cost of equity = 7%+1*(5.8%+3%)=15.8%. Is this calculation correct? or cost of equity = 3.5%+1*(5.8%+3%)=12.3% is correct?
