Please help!! What is the role of a judge in a jury trial? A - The judge listens to both of the case to make a recommendation to the jury of what outcome to decide. B- The judge makes sure the evidence is presented fairly and that the jurors understand the law and procedures. C- The judge chooses who will serve on the jury and will consider the recommendation of the jury in a bench trial. D- The judge selects what evidence may be shown at trial and what evidence will be reserved for the appeals court.
