Medal will be given. I need two points asymptote to graph this equation. g(x)=2log(base 2)(x-1)-3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And*

OpenStudy (anonymous):

g(x) = 1/2 log_3(x + 4) + 3 so g(-3) = 3 g(-1) = 3.5 g(5) = 4 asymptote: x = -4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok but when you say g(-3)=3 and so on. Is that just an x value or what?

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

are you trying to graph this on a calculator?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I can first but Im doing an online practice Aleks Test. They need me to put in two points and the asymptote on the graph and then it will connect the dots basically

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I put in the asymptote im just trying to figure out how to get the points
