ok so first factor out an x and tell me what the equation would look like
x(x+12)
good now if you notice that x is pretty much everywhere that means the domain is all real numbers

y=x(x+12) has x intercepts at (0,0) (-12,0) domain all real numbers range real numbers >= -36
actually that is correct
