I will award medal!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! Using complete sentences, describe how you would check the quotient of two rational expressions. Create and demonstrate your own example of this concept.

Seriously?

@tcarroll010

OpenStudy (magbak):

How you doing @tcarroll010

OpenStudy (marissalovescats):

You could use synthetic division

OpenStudy (magbak):

Yes I will use synthetic division but I am stuck with the starting point.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well the best I can do for you is outline what you need to include, but it will be up to you to write it out in full. List and describe several approaches, or, if it is sufficient, pick one technique that will work, like synthetic division. Using synthetic division as an example, describe how you would extract the coefficients from the numerator. Include an entry for all powers (descending) and use "0" for each missing power term. Describe how you get the zero from the denominator rational expression. Describe how you bring down the first coefficient first and how you multiply that by the "zero" and add to the next term. Describe how you repeat this process until you get either a "0" for the last operation or the remainder. Describe how that last number, if not "0", has to be expressed as the numerator over the existing denominator. This should start you off nicely.

OpenStudy (magbak):

OK I am going take care of it from here thank you so much.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok, uw!

OpenStudy (magbak):

Thanks that is exactly what I needed thanks.
