well it is not similar because the first square has all the angles that are 90 degrees but the other square does not have the equal angle as the first square

well you can know that it might not be similar because the angles are not similar but the side are similar it could be the same but because if it has all 4 equal sides it doesn't mean that it could be equal like there's a figure idk it all matters if the angles are the same not the sides that is my theory.
