Nooooo answer one is completely wrong.....I have been trying to figure out the answer for that and am stuck between " The United States should help Latin American nations gain independence from European powers." and " The United States should intervene in Latin American nations if U.S. interests are involved."
I know its not A because in the lesson "The Roosevelt Corollary stated that the United States would intervene in Latin America on behalf of European nations. "
