Why are atoms difficult to study?
u cant see them ....anything to study them will have to be too small ...a probe....anything strikes them will cause change in charge velocity etc of electrons.... i dunno maybe there are other reasons too
im not sure eithr and i was trying and trying u gave the best answer i've askdfor :)
The general topic of chemistry is based on elements. All of the elements are included within a periodic table. In order to understand how elements react with each other, by forming compounds, we need to understand the basis of the atom. An element is just a particular type of atom, with a specific number of electrons, protons, and neutrons. If we can understand the basic features of an atom, we can apply it to the different elements, and then see how and why certain compounds are formed. From there, you look at chemical reactions, production of energy, etc.
they're soooo small
