Rashid asked Carlos, Ed, Ann, and Karen their ages. None of the ages were the same. He added twice Ann's age to the age of Ed. To the result, he added the sum of the ages of Carlos and Karen. Finally, he subtracted the sum of the ages of Ed and Carlos. Which persons age did he get as a result? (I need help on this question!)

It's very easy you are just writing out in number format what it is telling you. C=Carlos, E=Ed, A=Ann, K=Karen, ?=Result First let's put it in equation form so it's easy. 2A+E, Then 2A+E+C+K, Then A+E+C, Then at the end when you subtract E & C you are left with A
