can someone help me??
shoot the problem, please
Create a figure or drawing in Quadrant I of a coordinate plane that has at least eight points or vertices.
Transform the figure three times. Use each of the following transformations one time: dilation, reflection, rotation. Be sure to include the rule for each transformation.
Then answer: For the dilation, what was your scale factor? For the reflection, across which line did you reflect it? For the rotation, how many degrees was it rotated and in which direction?
@Loser66 that is what i have to do but i do not know how to do the dilation, reflection, and rotation
read it carefully, I 'm still working. after all, you can do whatever you like,
okay thank you are you going to explain the other ones too?
thank you so much i get the other ones from how you explained it but i still dont get the dilation
wait, I will send you the rule.
oohhhh wait i get it now!(: but do i do all these things to every point on the figure?
& there is going to be nothing in quad 4 right?
i get all those things but im just asking to make sure that there will be nothing in quad 4?
see the rule? if you pick reflections about x axis, your answer from (x,y) turns to (x,-y) that reflection point will be in quadrant 4. your case is not that.
so, you are right, nothing to do with quadrant 4. does it help? you can do it by yourself now, right?
okay wow you're amazing^.^ yes i think i can thank you..can i message you if i need help while doing it??
ok
