it would be helpful to make ratios out of the sides to help figure this out but...

based from the picture, we cannot tell if the angles are equal or not

i don't think they are equal because of there lengths

however, if you take two of the sides and make a proportion, say 4/6, 6/9, when you cross multiply, both of the products come out as 36

so your final answer is D. THey are similar because their sides are proportional
