Determine if the lines 4x+y=6 and -3x+3y=-6 are parallel, perpendicular, or neither.

Try to put both equations into Slope-Intercept Form, if both have the same slope they are parallel, if the slopes are in a negative reciprocal then they are perpendicular, if they are totally different slopes what so ever not parallel nor perpendicular then they are neither.
