I would not include A A. Finding the mean weight of heart-disease patients in a study because the data has already been gathered and somebody is performing calculations on the data. Finding a mean is not data gathering.

Here, we did not collect the data. We are just sorting the ballots to see who got the most votes. I mean, that's the way I'm looking at it. I did not give the people ballots and ask for their votes so I did not collect the data.
