(2) x + y - 7 = 0>>>>>>>x=-y+7 .........._(3)
substitute (3) in (1):
5(-y+7)-3y=10
-5y+35-3y=10
-8y=-25
y=25/8 >>>> (4)
substitute (4) in (3):
x=(-25/8)+7=31/8
so,the answer is :{(31/8, 25/8)}
