Did you post all of the given? Do we know what this construction is for?

It looks as if it could be the construction for copying an angle but that is a guess on my part. If it is, then I would go with the option Connect points A' to C'.

Again, this is a poorly worded question.

I see that the question was posted again. I don't see that the construction is for a 60 degree angle but it is interesting that the other responder answered the same as I did. @knowel
