Can anyone check my Spanish grammar please? I just need someone to check my answers for each of the following questions. The instruction is asking me to select the appropriate verb form, such as subjective or indicative.

I would have chosen different answers for #9 and #11. ------- #9 is tricky. The sentence is trying to say...."I doubt that Felipe and I have fought as much for our rights as we do now." There's a difference in time, you see? They're talking about both the past, and the present. ------------- In #11, the sentence is trying to say...."The citizens searched for a candidate who offered them help after the hurricane." The verb in that sentence is "buscaban." It's in the past (imperfect) tense. So, we have to fill in the blank with a verb that is also in the past tense. And that would be "ofreciera." You chose "ofrezca." That's the present subjunctive tense. Not past. You see?

Thank you for explaining it to me. #9 was little confusing to me, but now I see why. Muchas gracias.

De nada.
