Well I'm almost sure that you aren't going to get an answer if you don't write something about the statements.
Guessing that you are working with DNA the attraction of the pieces are due to the phosphate groups. The DNA fragments are moving toward the positive pole with a speed which is inversely proportional to their length. We should therefor conclude that B most be smaller than A.
