The 20's was an artistic era that brought in automobiles, the telephone, electricity as well as cultural changes, such as when flappers changed modern women. People were upset with the break in tradition during the 20's and how things became modernized, but the 20's was an era of change and new discovery, so I don't believe that the 20's were a currupt world.
