HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):
isn't it because a fraction is supposed to be a ratio between two integers and with 0 as a denominator, does not satisfy this condition? idk
OpenStudy (skullpatrol):
That^ is true also.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
good job jamie
HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

Dividing by 0 would mean multiplying by the reciprocal of 0.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
thats true
OpenStudy (skullpatrol):
But 0 has no reciprocal, because 0 times any number is 0, not 1.
OpenStudy (skullpatrol):
Therefore, division by 0 has no meaning in the set of real numbers.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
you could be a teacher
