OpenStudy (fifciol):

I'm guessing that the X in your question is cartesian product. So A X B will be all ordered pairs with first entry from A and second entry from B so I find last option correct

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

yes - i just checked my old notes you are correct fifciol

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

its a cartesian product

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

e g ( 1 , 2} X {3 , 4) = { (1.3) , (1,4), (2,3), (2,4)}

OpenStudy (goformit100):

What is the correct option then ?

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

the last option

OpenStudy (goformit100):
