Use the intermediate value to show that the polynomial function has a zero in the given interval. f(x)=4^3+6x^2-6x+8;[-6,-2] Find the value of f(-6)

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

\[f(x)=4x^3+6x^2-6x+8\] Evaluate \(f(-6)\) and \(f(-2)\). If one is positive and the other negative, that means the function must cross the x-axis between those two points.
