Yes. Direct variation is y = kx. So for (0,1), you would set up the equation like this: (1)=k(0). Now you solve for k. You divide by zero on both sides and you get k = 0. If you were to do this for each of the ordered pairs, you would find that you get 0 as your answer, therefore they are in direct variation.
