To get y divide second equation by 2 and subract this from the 1st equation. You will then be able to solve for y. Then plug this y into any of the original equations above and solve for x. That's it.

Put in to slope-intercept form (i.e y = mx + b, where m is slope and b is constant) and you'll easily be able to find graph that matches the solution by just plugging in some values (easiest are x = 0 and y = 0)
