a. (-1,3) b. (3,1) c. (-3,-1) d. (3,-1
reflecting across the x-axis is a translation according to the rule \((x,y)\rightarrow(x,-y)\)
\[(-1,3)\rightarrow(-1+4,3-2)\rightarrow(-1+4,-(3-2)) =\]
you could also combine the two translations: \[(x,y)\rightarrow(x+4,y-2)\rightarrow(x+4,-(y-2)) = (x,y)\rightarrow(x+4,2-y)\]Should get the same result.
