You have to use the following formula LogbA = LOGA/LOGb and of course you need a calculator to evaluate the base 10 logs LOGA and LOGb and then divide the answer for the LOGA by the LOGb.
This is a well known formula in algebra used to evaluate logs with non standard bases.
