help pls

OpenStudy (anonymous):

need to find rate of change

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so whats the question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nvm

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the graph if you pls

OpenStudy (anonymous):

rate of change is the slope

OpenStudy (anonymous):

rise over run

OpenStudy (anonymous):

need more than that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what the answer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats what i need help with this and its really confusing i just started this class

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you can see that the graph starts from point (0,0) right? and you can see that the point exactly meets at point (3,25) the slope formula is y2 -y1 / x2 - x1 so 25 - 0 / 3 - 0 = 25 / 3 so the slope is 25 / 3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or rate of change.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so how would i write it out?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

25 / 3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats all?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah because rate of change is the slope

OpenStudy (anonymous):

alright thanks ill give you a medal for your awesome help
