i would say E) Both are mechanical waves. Ocean waves (or water waves) are combination of transverse and longitudinal motion while sound waves are purely longitudinal. Also in water waves ,in addition to particle interaction due to surface tension, gravity also acts as restoring force which is different from sound waves which are pressure waves.
