What are the x– and y–intercepts of the graph of y = x2 – 10x + 21 can anyone run me through how to find both the x and y?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

put x=0 and solve for y, thats the y-intercept and same is x-intercept (put y=0)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmm okay so y equals 21 y- intercepts are (0,21) then x= 3,7 so on a graph x intercepts are (3,0) (7,0)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yup

OpenStudy (anonymous):

now plot these points and join with a smooth curve u get the graph

okay thanks for your help!!
