What countries were working on atomic bombs during World War II? Who used atomic bombs in World War II? Where were atomic bombs used?

The United States (and Germany I think). The United States were the only country that used the Atom Bomb. We tested them in New Mexico, but used it as a weapon on Japan (Hiroshima and Nagasaki)
