TRUE OR FALSE!? (document below)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

does this say \[\large n!=\sum_{i=1}^n(n-1)^2\]?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

seems rather unlikely for example, if \(n=4\) you get \(4!=4\times 3\times 2=24\) whereas \[\sum_{i=1}^4(4-1)^2=9+9+9+9=36\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so its false

OpenStudy (anonymous):

definitely false

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay I understand now, Thank you!
