you could try Khan's site. for example, http://www.khanacademy.org/math/arithmetic/decimals/decimal_to_fraction/v/converting-decimals-to-fractions-1--ex-1 if you are doing a problem you want explained, chances are he has a short video that will help. You can search his site...
