84 divided by 14 = 6 people pervan butif there are 8 seats in the minivans there would then be 7 people per minivan.
and it can't be B because if 2 mivins broke down then there are 12 minivans left so take 42 and divide it by 12 you get3.5 you can't have 3 and a half people per minivan so your answer is D
