My bill of legistlation would contain: guidance on use of energy and on 'energy production' (meaning more emphasis on green sources of energy, renewable energy etc). In addition, emission restriction for manufacturers releasing potentially toxic products into the atmosphere. And finally the last two: guidance on the use of chemicals in production processes and daily life and a lot of support to genetically enhanced products which allow the increase of harvests while limiting the need for pesticides for crop protection. Something like this ?
