PLEASE HELP!!! the following rational function describes blood concentration of a certain drug taken via iv over a period of time. (A)find the horizontal or oblique asymptote if any, (B)find the vertical (C)describe the possible meaning f(x)=x^2-x-2/2x^2-x-10

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The horizontal asymptote is 1/2 just take the co-efficient\[f(x) = \frac{ x ^{2} -x -2 }{ 2x ^{2} -x -10 }\] of the top and bottom. For the oblique there is none because the top is not one power greater than the bottom. for the vertical asymptote just factor the bottom and make it = 0. It would be : x = 2.5 and x = -2 Now what could the possible meaning of this be? You tell me what you think.

honestly I have NO clue

i don't even know how to write it out in correct form
