Jena has a cell phone plan that charges a $30 flat fee for the service and then charges $0.25 for every minute that she uses the phone over 500 minutes. If "m" stands for the TOTAL number of minutes that she uses in a month and that amount is over 500 minutes, write the algebraic expression that shows how much she will be charged this month. Do not simplify or include the $ symbol in your expression.
