 That's completely wrong. United Nations was used used to prevent wars among nations, or if countries wanted to go to war, it had to be voted on. Now there are Super powers. Which is any country with nuclear power. Such as America, North Korea, China, Russia, and a few others. And the super powers votes can only be rejected by another super power nation. A super power overrides any other vote.
The main goal were to prevent disasters and such, not to replace militaries or create a world government.
