What kinda moderation is that? A mod who ONLY excepts messages from those who have fanned him?

The chat is in an awful state right now.
I keep reporting... and reporting..
but they persist talking about totally inappropriate topics!

Do you guys have any idea how many tags and messages like 'help me with....(and then entire Q)' we get daily ? even i once thought of becoming "Fan-only mod", but then decided against it.....

I guess do have their reasons, but sometimes it's very important to talk to a mod about an particular problem :)

I think it's a moderators job to answer those questions and whatnot.

Your two cents are in good condition @Compassionate but I also believe mods have their reasons, look at @satellite73 poor guy is a 100, he would get flooded with messages when he comes on which is why he took it off, but if you ask him he would fan you so you can message him :)
