PA-ray and PB-ray are tangent to circle O and PD-ray bisects ∠BPA. If m∠AOC = 80°, what is the measure of ∠PBO? (The diagram is not to scale.)

I drew on the diagram (see attachment) but think I read something incorrectly because the measure of ∠PBO would have to be 90. A radius of a circle drawn to a tangent to the circle at the point of tangency is perpendicular to it. And, perpendicular lines form right angles which have measure 90.

This -->If m∠AOC = 80° given information is superfluous so that's why I'm thinking you need to check my markings on the drawing.
