Identify the vertex of the parabola with the quadratic equation>>>y=6x^2-72x+220<<

OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):

Pretty easy, (6,364)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Its (6,4) or (72,220)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you know how to convert from standard form to vertex form?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So vertex form is y-y=(x-x)^2 If you are able to get your original equation to that, your vertex coordinates would be the second x and second y.

OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):

Oh the answer is (6,4) I omitted the x with the 72.
