I NEEEEEEEEEEED HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPP

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cool

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

with what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

substitution and elimination system of equations

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

ok im good at that!

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

post it...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2x-y=-8 y=-4x+2 solving by using Substituion

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

substitution? bleh hang on..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or elmination

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

x=3 then plug that in for one of ORGINAL equations and solve for y...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok how did u find that?

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

ok so what you need to do... 2x-y=-8 -4x+y=2--> we change this equation to standard form. then the y cancels out then you ADD the x's and the -8 and 2 then divide and u get 3

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

make sense?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no lol

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

hmmm ok well lets see so idk if I can explain substitution....I don't get it that way:)

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

basically though youre just trying to x or y alone...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

hope that helped!
