As we know when air is at rest but still its molecules are moving in random direction. then why we do not feel the breeze?

A breeze is a wave of motion moving through the air molecules. The movement of the individual molecules is done on a molecular level and not something you will feel.

The molecules moving in random direction is better known as the air pressure. At ground level this is around 1bar (100000 pascal).
